EDWARD BERENBLUM JOINS CREDITEK
HEALTHCARE AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
AND GENERAL MANAGER
Parsippany, NJ – September 25, 2002
- Creditek Healthcare LLC, a leading provider of finance and accounting
business process outsourcing, today announced the appointment of
Edward Berenblum to the position of Executive Vice President and
General Manager.
Previously, Mr. Berenblum was a director at Deloitte Consulting
where he was one of the leaders of the health care strategy, operations
improvement and turn-around practice. His clients have included
large academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems, community
hospitals, HMOs, and publicly traded healthcare providers. Mr. Berenblum
is a recognized leader in the operations management and merger integration
arena, where he has developed several proprietary business process
transformation methodologies

the announcement. "His knowledge and experience will be transferred
to our healthcare clients. During his tenure with Deloitte Consulting,
he was responsible for leading very large and complex revenue cycle
transformation projects. We believe that his expertise in increasing
revenues and reducing costs will be a key asset to our health care
clients.”
Creditek Healthcare, a subsidiary of Creditek, is the product of
the acquisition, in 2001, of MediFinancial, a New Jersey company
with an eight year successful track record within the healthcare
revenue cycle outsourcing segment. Creditek Healthcare specializes
in accelerating and increasing the recovery of cash and the realization
of revenues for healthcare organizations through the expert management
of revenue cycle processes. Creditek Healthcare also focuses on

Mr. Berenblum’s has also served as Executive Director of
RegionCare, a start-up provider of home infusion, laboratory and
nursing services in New York. He has a diverse international experience,
having held senior management positions in several companies in
Latin America.
Mr. Berenblum holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School and a
BS/MS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Buenos
Aires, Argentina.
