John
M. Metzger founded Creditek in 1982 and drives Creditek’s powerful and unique
approach to solutions development. Under
his leadership, Creditek pioneered the creation of flexible, customized
receivables outsourcing solutions. Prior
to Creditek, he was a corporate financial and customer services executive with
major corporations, including Johnson and Johnson, Talley Industries, Manhattan
Industries, Hanes Corporation; and a management consultant in finance and
distribution. John received his
B.S. from Rutgers University.

Corey
Torrence
President and Chief Executive Officer
Corey
Torrence was appointed Creditek LLC President and CEO on January 7, 2002.
Prior to joining Creditek, he was the CEO and President of Epsilon Data
Management, a leading provider of outsourced marketing services to Fortune 500
companies. Corey’s 20 years of
experience also includes managing large information technology and outsourcing
businesses for Logica plc, AT&T Solutions, SHL Systemhouse and Accenture.
Corey was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Managing Director of
The Information Consulting Group. He
is a graduate of Indiana University in Business and Marketing.

Richard
N. Lander
Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President
Richard N. Lander has been
with Creditek since its inception in 1982.
Rich is responsible for sales nationwide, including consulting services
and outsourcing. His experience includes all aspects of revenue management and
accounts receivable operations and consulting for Fortune 500 companies. He
received his B.S. in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Tim Dorr
Vice President, Marketing and Public Relations
Tim
Dorr joined Creditek in November 2000 to support Creditek’s growth strategy
with innovative marketing and market development programs.
He brings over 15 years of marketing leadership in technology-based
businesses, and advertising and brand management services for a variety of
consumer products and financial services. Most
recently he was Vice President of Marketing for Teltrust Inc., an outsourced
call center services provider for telecom and customer service entities.
He has also held senior leadership positions at Center for Concept
Development, Omni International Consulting, and TBWA Advertising.
Tim has an MBA from Columbia University and a BBA from the University of
Oregon.

John
J. Schanck
Senior Vice President, National Sales
John
leads the sales to all market segments, including manufacturing, consumer goods,
insurance, managed care, distribution, technology, business services, and
healthcare. He is directly
responsibility for activities in the East and Central Regions, and the West on a
matrix basis. John is based in
Parsippany.
John
has over 20 years in sales and
marketing in the risk management and financial supply chain industry.
He served as Senior Vice President for a $200
million business unit at Dun & Bradstreet focusing on global accounts, and
several other $100 million plus businesses.
Most recently he was responsible for sales and marketing at
SurferNetwork.com, an Internet media company.
Ron
Walker, Senior Vice President
Sales and Account Management, Western Region
Based
in California, Ron heads the combined functions of sales and account management
for the Western Region. His
focus is expanding services with the existing clients and establishing new
partnerships with major west coast organizations.
His office is located in Creditek’s Signal Hill, CA offices.
Ron
held a number of key positions in various outsourcing markets. At Arthur Andersen he led the San Diego based group to
deliver finance and accounting processes, and held other key operating roles to
build shared services capabilities and deliver supply chain management
engagements. He co-founded
LeapSource, an outsourcer to deliver finance and accounting processes; and he
served as an Executive Advisor to The First American Corporation initiative to
consolidate shared services centers.
David
R. Heilman
Senior Vice President,
Strategic Account Management
Dave
is expanding and strengthening the strategic account management team.
He is also charged with building revenue cycle related consulting
services and international business initiatives.
David is based in the
Lombard, IL office.
Dave spent the past 15 years at Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting and IBM.
Most recently, Dave was a Partner in Arthur Andersen’s Netherlands
Practice where he oversaw their Oracle consulting practice across Europe, Middle
East, India and Africa. Prior to
his European assignment, Dave was a member of Andersen Consulting Financial
Services Industry Team working in the US and Mexico.
Ted
Henderson
Sr. Vice President, Corporate
Development
Ted
Henderson joined Creditek in February 200. Previously
he served as President and CEO of E-Xact, an internet based financial services
provider; Vice President of Business Development, General Manager, and Director
of Corporate Strategy for Centrobe, the $400 million direct marketing
outsourcing subsidiary of EDS); Senior VP and CFO of Key Investments, a
subsidiary of KeyCorp; Director of Business Operations at Echostar
Communications; and Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand.
Ted is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Business
Administration from Siena College.

Frederick
L. Passno
Vice President Finance
Frederick
L. Passno joined Creditek in January 1999, and all financial and accounting
functions report to him. He
previously served RAI Credit Corp, Tiffany & Co., and KPMG (f/k/a Peat,
Marwick). Fred is a Certified
Public Accountant, State of New York, and holds an MBA in Accounting from the
Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Rutgers
University.
